I did not do well last week. It was hard to achive my goal.
The wheater was cold, and I didn't wan't to go outside.
I will do better this week and i will "try" to achive my goal.

To achive my goal I would make my goal easier.
I would change the time to 1hour 10min a week.
I would add more the time once I reached my goal.
